Methods of Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Visa Debit for HoltRenfrew.com orders. Your method of payment cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
Gift Cards
We accept all gift cards issued with a four-digit pin on HoltRenfrew.com. Gift cards and promotional gift cards without a pin cannot be redeemed online but can still be used in stores. If you would like to transfer your balance onto a gift card with a pin, please visit one of our store locations.
Billing
All orders are subject to security verification. Your billing name, address, and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card statement, failing which, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
A pre-authorization to your credit card will be applied to your order in the amount of your order. All prices on our site are displayed in Canadian currency. Charges will be processed in Canadian currency, and will be applied to your credit card as items on your order have shipped.
Taxes
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped.
Tax exemptions granted in-store for valid Indian Status card holders are not applicable for orders placed online.
